Welcome to The Farm Market Co-Op! By shopping with us in-store, online, or through social media, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to protect both you and us and to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

The Farm Market Co-Op is a collective of local farmers, makers, and producers working together to bring you quality, farm-fresh goods. All products are offered as-is, based on seasonal availability and vendor inventory.

• In-Store Purchases: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps (like Square, Venmo, etc.).
   
• Online Orders: Orders placed online or through social media must be paid in full before processing.
   
• Custom Orders: For custom bundles or bulk orders, a deposit may be required. We'll communicate all expectations clearly before confirming.
   

Because many of our items are perishable, all sales are final on food, drink, dairy, and handmade body products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

• Local Pickup: Available at 300 S Main during business hours or by arrangement. Please pick up within the agreed time window.
   
• Delivery: Limited delivery may be available in the Memphis area—check with us for availability and any applicable fees.
   
• Shipping: Select items may be shipped within the U.S. via trusted carriers. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal services.
   

Due to the seasonal and small-batch nature of our goods, all products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or substitute items when necessary, and we’ll always communicate changes in advance when possible.

Please use all food, drink, and body care items responsibly and according to instructions. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Always read ingredient labels and consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

All branding, product names, images, and content created by The Farm Market Co-Op and our vendors are the property of their creators. Please do not use or reproduce our materials without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially in cases of abusive behavior, non-payment, or policy violations.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during transactions or communications will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](link or see above).
